How To Pull Off A Casual Chic Style

Posted In: My Outfits

Casual chic style is a great option when despite your busy schedules you are not willing to give up looking fabulous. It’s all about mixing up the comfiest pieces and still looking stylish. Casual chic is not so much a style as an attitude towards fashion. It allows you to look stylish and laid-back without looking too “done-up.” It is great for getting together with friends, going out on errands or casual parties. Even though I love to dress up there are days when I want to put so much effort to the way I look. And this is the outfit I usually wear on these days.

It’s a very simple outfit – just a comfy jumper paired with white jeans and white pumps which can be easily replaced by a pair mocassins. However this outfit still has something chic and glamorous about it. And it’s all about colours! White and beige make an effortlessly chic combo and can lift even the simplest outfit to a different level.

To make the outfit more casual I kept my accessories to the minimum. I chose to pair white jeans with white pumps because it elongates the legs and add a touch of chic to the overall look.

Where to wear it?

It’s a perfect outfit for everyday errands, meeting your friends for lunch or even casual Fridays in the office.

That’s a lovely outfit & looks great on you! Sadly, I have two toddlers & white jeans is not going to be a sensible look for me any time soon, so I’ll just have to admire it on other people! (Lucy/R is for Hoppit)

This looks fabulous very smart, I would probably not get away with white jeans with two young kids in tow. But dark denuim and nude heels would work…. I can feel a birthday present coming on!!

I like simple, but I know I’d never cope with white jeans – I’d spill something or sit on something, plus they’d make me look huge!)
